The Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) is to continue its collaboration with the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) to offset its carbon emissions.

The bank announced yesterday (January 9) that it would be undertaking a 36 hectare natural habitat restoration project in the Hortobágy National Park in the east of the country. The MNB said the project would focus on turning primarily arable fields into “a diverse sandy grassland, using native grass seed mixtures”.
